In 2022, Hallmark leadership decided to migrate the existing website to a modernized platform. I acted as the Lead Experience Designer and my primary responsibilities was

    1. component-based which resulted in a cohesive experiences and a much needed modernized look & feel

  2. Creating a holistic account experience by incorporating Crown Rewards

  3. Telling large stories throughout the full experience
