Famous Footwear Rewards Certificates

The Project

Famous Footwear encourages shoppers to participate in their rewards program. The most you shop and spend, the more points you will receive. A rewards member can then redeem points for a rewards certificate which can range from $5-75 and apply to an order. Famous Footwear wanted to create a consistent experience in-store, on the app and website for Rewards members. The measurement of success for the project was 1.4% increase in rewards member orders year over year, which would lead to an additional $755k in revenue.
